Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by submitting a message through our contact form. You may use a clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw.
You then have 14 days from the date of your withdrawal to return the goods to us.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unopened and unused
- in their original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us without delay through our contact form so we can resolve the issue appropriately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- custom or personalized products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new purchase.
