Adopt an Olive Tree
Each curve carries the weight of time.
Every layer tells a story.
Over a century ago, Evangelinós Menegátos began tending olive trees on the slopes of Mount Aénos in Kefalonia.
The land remembers his hands.
The seasons. The care.
The land remembers those who came before.
That memory shapes everything we harvest today.
Some journeys are not forward.
Some journeys lead us home.
Every year the swallow returns
to the same place it once called home.
We believe people carry that instinct too.
Drawn by something older than memory
enostos is an invitation to return to what matters,
to return to our roots.
The land gives, if we care for it
On Greek village squares,
the shade of an oak tree is a place of gathering,
where stories are shared,
and community takes root.
Our olive groves are part of that living landscape.
Soil, trees, and the winds of the Ionian Sea shape what we harvest.
Caring for this land means farming sustainably,
respecting nature’s rhythm, and protecting what has been entrusted to us.
By adopting an olive tree,
you become a steward of the land.
What began with the land continues through those who choose to care for it.
Supporting its care,
receiving the olive oil it yields,
and joining a small community
connected by land and season.
Each olive oil bottle becomes a living link between people, place, and the trees that continue to give.
